At least my V12 seems fairly efficient, 1 pit stop for all but the worst races (.7 r value and higher)

Yep, S2 and S3 times are what you want to improve for "real life" gains.

For the pre-season test I'll be doing an experimental strategy where I only stop for fuel, but I expect tyre wear will be significant enough to justify taking tyres, too. If tyre wear is extreme enough I'll do two stops, but hopefully that won't be required.
Pre-Edit: I hope it's not being calculated yet, because I just sent in a new revision of my car.
