New for 1995 the Centauri Neutrino, shown here in base DX, and the hardcore R trim levels. Pricing starts at $14,500 for the DX, $15,500 for the FX, then $19,500 each for the three top end trim levels; the LS luxury model, GS gran sport, and the R aimed at enthusiasts. All Neutrinoare front wheel drive with an aluminum frame and feature light weight dent resistant polymer panels, all are equipped with technologically advanced Hades 4 cylinder engines. A 1.6L with 100hp in the DX and FX, returning a average US MPG of 47 and 45 respectively, a 1.8L with 158hp in the LS returning 45mpg, a 184hp 1.8L in the GS returning 39mpg, and an amazing 211hp 2.0L in the R that still returns 39mpg. both the GS and R are zippy little performers than can hold their own against much more expensive rivals on the track and yet retain the streetability, economy, and practicality of a everyday hatchback. Come take a test drive and see which one is right for you, thoughts comments, and opinions welcome.
*edit* after some litigation the Centauri Quark has been renamed to the Neutrino here is the new export folder with the updated name. also included is a new trim, the TURBO with 291hp from a boosted version of the 2.0 in the R, the turbo has comparable street performance as the GS and R but is equipped with only 2 seats allowing a far higher amount of interior space and comfort. Getting a still respectable 34mpg the TURBO can be yours for $23,000
