Based on the 962, which is handy because the 962 is an enduring car that underwent many different modifications and evolutions, particularly the road conversions near the end of its competition life. So I've somewhat emulated the Dauer 962 here. It's just like in Gran Turismo, where you can purchase a homologation version of a racing car, then modify it so heavily that it becomes much much faster than the original.
In this case, this car goes like the balls. I did say that it was nearly impossible to enter a car with a meaningful output of more than 1000hp. But that doesn't mean that I'm not running very close to that mark

This said, I think one thing that hasn't changed, is that the quality system does make for some rather important decisions. Where you happen to assign 15+ quality to on the engine, makes a very big difference to what you can do with the engine...

I'm sincerely hoping my choices of +15's will see me achieve greatness! (or even a top ten'd be nice)

* Although it probably is, a little - as tempting as it was, I didn't dump my +15 into transmission.
Re: Formula Automation - 1990 Formula One Season
Are engines allowed to run hot? My engine, by itself, has the required reliability, but after that, my average reliability is way higher than required, so I could run the engine hot. Also, for the reliability challenge, is that taking into account engine, or overall reliability?
Blasters: if you would like to know exactly how much power I'm running, feel free to pm me
