I'm fully against any rule-fudging mid-season, that is not in the spirit of the (or rather any) competition and we would lose a fun talking point during the races, too!

Nerd's the slowest safety car I've seen.

I should also add (I forgot about this until a moment ago) that nerd explicitly said that "it's more about having fun than winning for me this time". :)

Killrob's even-keeled logic once again provides guidance to us all.

Stupid question, but I want to confirm: race 3 stream hasn't been scheduled yet, right?

(It would be delayed the one week I'm free on a Saturday...)

You'd have to ask Pyrlix, but I searched the thread for "stream" and didn't find an announcement, so I figure it isn't.

The race is not happening this weekend as both pyrlix and Norman (and me, for that matter) are out of town. It's highly likely to happen next week, but it can't be confirmed just yet, so stay tuned.

What's ironic is that I'm using None -15 safety, so the safety rating is zero.
But I don't think I'll need safety with something that takes a month to get to 60.

It's not the time to get there that counts, but getting there. After all, it's not like we're in touring cars.... oh... wait :) :D

This would be a good time to do some car reviews.

Genjeft, I am looking at you.

...you realize this is a volunteer thing, right? That's not the most politic phrasing you could have chosen.

That said: way ahead of you. First BRC '66 reviews episode was recorded yesterday, should go up sometime today if I understand GenJeFT's plans right.

Its uploading now. I will post a link once its up.

I only had one day available this past week to do the review. Things can get crazy when you are in college full time, have a business to run that you are trying to expand (again full time), and running a youtube channel. I also had to go to a dinner event with two people from congress. I think I pissed off the election coordinator guy since I showed up to a formal dinner wearing work boots, cargo pants and a US Army sweat shirt still carrying my inspection equipment. But whatever.
