The launcher updates the game every time it opens

Every single time I open Automation, it updates the launcher and the game. For some reason.
Help.

(sorry if this was too short to understand, I don't know how I could make it more detailed without adding on unusable information
also, I don't know what the build it updated to was
all I know was that it wasn't 150626)

What launcher version do you run? It should be:
Launcher Build 54, Game Version: 150702

That's what it updates to each time, yeah.
But it resets to launcher version 0 and game build 0 every time I re-start the launcher.

Can you try to deinstall the game, download the launcher fresh from the user control panel and then install it into a default directory? It seems like it doesn't find any install of Automation for some reason.

Okay, I'll try that. I'll tell you if it works.
Also, sorry for being kinda dead.

EDIT: UCP download didn't work, I need a 64 bit version.

No, you don't need a 64-bit version. 32-bit applications are compatible to 64-bit operating systems.
Can you update your .net Framework software? I think that was the issue.

Oh my freaking god.
I am such an idiot.
In this ruckus I installed Automation to two different places, and one was missing GameData and broke everything.
The one with GameData in it still works fine.
I'm sorry.
