I only mentioned it because I remember seeing the same misspelling in the 1945 series and my subtle remark didn't get noticed there. I thought I would be less subtle this time around. #spellingmatters !!

No, it's not something you download. Der Bayer built the system but it uses source code from the game itself, so he can't release it, plus, currently, all races that use B.R.O.B.O.T must be run by Der Bayer.

This has to be added as a feature to the game though. Both to the campaign mode (races against premade or 'cloud sourced' competitor cars - you win you get sales boost) and in the multiplayer.
