It is actually quite easy with fairly low cams.
Heck, by choking it with the exhaust, I was able to get sub 200HP with a 10.9L engine.
Also, quick question, are you having problems with your "0" key? You are very obviously using a lower case "o" instead of zeros and it is somewhat confusing.
