So, with the training sessions, I would place 35th? I sure hope they take 38 cars again so I can qualify for round 2!!

I wonder why the first group was so much faster than the second group, as a whole I mean? I get they were the top finishers from round 1, but it looks like they were all consistently faster around this track, by a few seconds!

Brands Hatch is very short and technical. While I qualified 8th for Automation track, my 11th in warm-up is indicative that I'll be slipping in the rankings. I tuned my entry (somewhat) for Green Hell, which is going to make my particular entry suffer this time around.

Not sure how indicative this will be overall, since this is just training, but here's a few movement figures when comparing Race 1 Qualifying to the training session that just happened.

Killdrop dropped 6 spots. TheBobWiley jumped 5 upward. I went down 3. Tycondero went up 4. Mer_at up 3. Mattmr2 up 4.

But again, big difference between training and qualifying.

I was actually referring to the first group around Brands Hatch compared with the second group around Brands Hatch in this weeks training session, not comparing AutomationTT with Brands Hatch results.

EDIT: Oh, and qualified 29th! WooT!!

No more entries during the season, sorry. Next season will start in 2-3 weeks!

Yes, I would suggest to wait until I reveal the other limitations. And there is always the possibility that the game is patched until the challenge starts, so better wait.

Not sure if it's possible, but I think you should run qualifying in the opposite order, having the likely fastest cars run at the end instead of the start.

Yes I know, but then you wouldn't see the sector times of the faster cars. As soon as I ported it to a more powerful 2d engine, I can find a solution much more easily. I'm thinking about showing the timing of the cars currently on the hotlap in the race log box. Maybe for now I will reverse the order of the qualified cars of last race and let the unqualified run in the end. That should work for now.
