quick idea - before allowing to post anything, there should a 5 question test, randomized every time you take it, every answer could be found in FAQ/the were working on it topic

Bad idea, while it would filter out these cases, it would tell all reasonable people coming to this forum they are too stupid to research the information themselves. It is a classic case of punishing everyone for the shit few people do - which I think is not acceptable.

To be honest I feel like adding to what Killrob said, it'd deter more people than it would help clean up the forums. At least for now, it's easier/less risky just to warn and pm individual people to give them a chance to change instead of possibly deterring a large number of people from using the forum. For now, there aren't really many problematic people.

But I guess we will continue to evaluate whether it's worth manually cleaning up or if we should change the approach.
