Those are nice stats! Thank you for compiling them. But getting Pyrlix's name wrong can result in some bad stuff happening to your account! :P

HOLY SHIT!

Anyways - interesting that mine is Top3 of fastest cars in terms of Top Speed and its still close to the average in its fuel consumption. Hopefully that car will perform somewhat good in the races. Nice work Absurdist, like the stats compilation! We'll see whos approach is the best in the race.

Does nobody like the I6 engine? It seem to be the rarest engine type used.

I'm using one. Which probably tells you something about how terrible they are.

There may be only 9 I6s, but as far as I can count there's only 7 large 40's sedan bodies. :P

i6 does have its use, in certain scenarios they have fantastic balance, but their length does make them a bit finnicky to use in other situations (not so much this one, small displacements are ruling the day!)

I dunno, both Der Bayer and GenJeFT have some impressive looking cars. Both I6 users. GenJeft has one of the quickest 0-100 times and his top speed is respectable as well.

Re: BRC - Out of the Steam - 1945 [CARDS]

if you look at real racing cars from this period, most of them had sub 2000cc engines in V12 or V16 format and they were also supercharged :D

Re: BRC - Out of the Steam - 1945 [CARDS]

0 to 100 speed alone sadly wont win you these races. My cars turning leaves a bit to be desired compared to some of the other cars. I could have actually gotten a better 0-100 time but I sacrificed it to get a better 50-75 time since I assume my car will be spending more time in the 50-75 range then the 0-100 range.

Granted, that is the first time I have seen my name and Der Bayers used in the same sentence saying that we have impressive looking cars. Der Bayers car turns MUCH better then mine does.

Re: BRC - Out of the Steam - 1945 [CARDS]

DerBayers car turns better than most. Based off of the practice lap I compared mine to his to see how my revision stacked up.

His stops and turns faster, mine has more top speed and better acceleration. And looking at the tracks... he is gonna beat me.

I honestly have trouble connecting good turning with good lap times.....

One of the features of the Top Trump cards I really like is the torque and power curves in the background. And oh my do conan and Luilakkie get a lot of RPMs out of their engines!
