I've seen a couple other people have this. I just downloaded the whole update, I am sure of the fact I purchased this game, and it's not letting me play it.

Does anyone have any help for me or am I just screwed?

We're looking into the issue right now there seems to be something wrong indeed.
You supposedly have an NA copy tied to your other account Diax1234, but somehow the key is missing.
