Experiencing a lot of CTD's when windows's logs out.

I run the game in windowed mode so I can do other stuff in the background. From time to time, I'm away from the machine for extended stretches and Windows goes to sleep. When I log back in, the game crashes. Every time. Any work on this?

I'm not sure you heard of it, but there is a massive update coming up in like hours.

This is the sort of bug that could wait a bit to be reported, depending whether or not it continues to exist.

Hmmm, not sure if that one is fixed, we've never actually tested sleep + windowed mode..

Sometimes when modeling I leave the game open in the background and sometimes after a few hours the game crashes. Never had issues when actually playing though.

Ah, it's caused by the same thing as the fullscreen Alt-tabbing bug. It'll get killed with the engine change later on.

When is the engine change happening, btw? Is is going to be with today's massive update, or later?

It will be a massive amount of work, expect the update with a new engine in ~6-9 months, potentially even more.
