transfering game to new computer

I bought a new computer, and I would like to transfer the game over to my new computer.

I downloaded the game from the site. But when I tried to login to the game with my login details that I used on my other computer, the game doesn't have all the features that it did on my old computer. It is almost like it's in demo mode. It only has three car models. How do I get the full game on my new computer? I don't have to buy the game again, do I? My old computer isn't really suitable for playing games anymore, and I really want to play the game again on my new computer.
