This isn't a problem on tracks that are a) slower, b) don't have high speed crests, where the road drops away reducing the effective relative weight of the front wheels on the road. However, Nordschleife has a couple of very high speed points that end in crests. If the car goes fast enough, that lift effect rises exponentially and if the front wheels lose contact with the ground, the car will lift up and fly off into the stratosphere and land in the bushes, as occasionally happens in this kind of racing!
