sadly yes I have seen a few,

my friend died right in front of me in a car crash, my dad bled out in front of me due to torn stitching from a old surgery, and my grandpa had a coronary heart attack in my back yard... arent I full of depressing stories lol..

TNP has seen a pre-production or prototype car on the street. (With or without the camouflage) - I saw an E92 M3 several months before it was officially on sale. It was missing badges, and had manufacturer's plates.
