Game wont load/Hanging on load

Ive tried a number of times to run the game and I get a windows error message which reads:

'Exception on Automation Exit
Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is oftenan indication that other memory is correupt'

No issues running any other software, so I think the corrupted memory is a red herring

then Automation exe crashed and locks up my desktop. the only way to do anything is CTRL+ALT+DEL and launch task amanger

I get this in the error report:

System is running XP but has enough spec based on your minimums and recommendation.

Uninstall Automation, and after it is uninstalled, delete your Documents/Automation folder. Then download the launcher again and let it automatically update. Then it should be all good. If that doesn't work, then I think it could be XP being disobedient.

I am also having a problem loading whenever i try to open and run the game as an administrator it starts to load and then it gives me this error

It asks me to retry or cancel when I retry it comes up with the same error and it also says press ctrl+c to report
and pressing cancel closes the game completely
