2010 Ford Crown Victoria,2012 Lincoln Towncar,& 2011 Mercury

These cars are fictional and not real but these cars are from a alternate timeline from what if Ford modified the "Ford Panther platform" to fit the market and modified it to a unibody construction.

Here is the 2010 Crown Victoria and this is what if Ford modified the car to fit in the Full-Size Sedan(Saloon for you Brits!)Entry-Level Market.

And here is the new unibody platform which is lighter and safer also it will be modified for different trim levels and models for Lincoln and Mercury.

And they put a 5.0L V8 Engine in their cars which has a fuel economy of 22 MPG which made 250 Horsepower and the engine is modified to fit different trims and models.

And here is the view of the Crown Vic

And I will put the Ecoboost trim soon because the beta does not have a V6 engine setting so I'm sorry but you have to wait for the next update or few for the V6 Ecoboost version of the Crown Vic!

Umm, I've got to say 250hp from a 5.0 with only 22 mpg isn't going to sell many cars.that's roughly the same figures as the older 90-00's crown vics and they only had a 2 valve 4.6 modular v8, Maybe try a modified coyote 5.0 from the ford lineup. Here's a recreation from corvette6317 http://automationgame.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=4797&p=54262&hilit=coyote#p54002 you should be able to detune it down to 300-320hp and get 30 mpg.

I agree with that; you can get 250 hp from V-6s of under 3 liters without too much trouble these days, and *over* 30 mpg.

BTW, one thing that might really help fuel economy is a tall gear ratio and more than 5 gears. ;)

Re: 2010 Ford Crown Victoria,2012 Lincoln Towncar,& 2011 Mer

The engine is a bit weird. Very high production units and costs. I think throttle per cylinder direct injection may be one of those things making it a bit weird.

I also see you have 26% fuel efficiency, which isn't bad. Check that gearing (one of the things I find ruins 75% of cars sent in for car reviewing) as it could be hampering the car massively.

Hmm... that is weird. They work for me, but the post hasn't been edited. Perhaps the image host site went down momentarily.
