Possible bulk discount for educational uses?

so I showed my school's tech department this game, and they love it, they asked me who made it, I said camshaft software, then they asked if they offered bulk discounts, I said I'd get back to them, but that is why I now ask this

Re: Possible bulk discount for educational uses?

We've gotten plenty of school / university people asking for the game to use as educational material, and this is on our radar. A general problem is that Automation has pretty high minimum requirements in regards to your average computer available at schools - most of them don't have proper graphics cards, etc.

We definitely will continue to look into how to best do this, we don't want to miss out on the chance for Automation to serve as an educational tool! A special classroom version of the game (no campaign or multiplayer, but more tutorial scenarios, etc.) would be an option too. We'd even consider to offer that one to schools for free. This is just a thought at the moment though, so it's not going to happen any time soon, unfortunately.

Cheers!
