Especially with the fixtures. Things like Delete works in lieu of clicking the "X".
Enter works for the "check mark".
Arrow keys for very, very precise and gentle movements and/or rotation of the fixtures.
Tab to jump around to different fixtures.

I agree, generally I think keyboard shortcuts for various functions/buttons are a good idea
