And looks like Lotus Esprit, Ferrari Dino 308GT4 (and the 2000cc v8 for Italia) 208GT4, Lamborghini Urraco... Good body! :D

There are modifiers that allows you to stretch and mold it. :) Automation already has several BMW design cues, such as kidney vents.

The bodywork itself is finished (and it's based on Lotus Esprit S1, S2, and S3)--at just shy of 9,000 polygons, and I'm now going to make different types of headlights, lips, grilles, and so on for it. :)

It's absolutely fabulous!

Is there any chance you might be able to do a 330 P4? ( http://autoautomobiles.narod.ru/autoaut ... 330-p4.gif )
60's supercars need some love too! :)

Nice. Very nice. Very clean edge flow as well. When are the first ingame shots coming? :)

As soon as the UV maps and the rigging is done. The former is a little harder than the modelling. :P The teal color a high specular level is just used because it makes it easier to discover dents and inaccuracies in the bodywork.

Should be possible. :) It may take a while due to upcoming exams, though.

Re: Giorgetto Giugiaro style 70's sportscar (WIP)

I've tried importing it to the game with the video tutorial, but once I try to open it, the game crashes. Any ideas?

Edit: It starts now, but it looks awfully small in game.

I'm sure just scaling the model in Max should work. I can't wait to have this in game!

Any idea on what length in meters it should be? The current model is 419 cm long. :)

Re: Giorgetto Giugiaro style 70's sportscar (WIP)

hopefully one of the Devs will have the game to real life ratio as 419cm is spot on for the S1, etc

It's imported, at last. :) I need to adjust the script so that the chassis fits, but this is how the bodyworks looks in the game engine.

(That's the radiator, not a vent, if anyone wonders. :p)
