Ummmm.... you need to have 1000+bhp to enter... And you need to enter in order to get 15 points for FF

760 bhp < 1000 bhp ---> you are not singed for the race ---> you don't get the extra 20 points for FF + NAids

760hp is enough if his car weighs less than 760kg because you need EITHER 1hp/kg OR 1000+hp (or both, obviously)
