It seems like ive managed to make not only the fastest car from all of the entrants but make the fastest production car for 1977 (irl) until 1986 where the Porsche 959 steals the crown :D

A lot of small production numbers. Will there be enough cars for everyone?

I would laugh if "Its a Car" is successful simply because there were no other cars for people to buy.

Who cares about top speed when you can have the best economy (35 is more than 9, right?) :D
Also, best sportiness is becoming a tradition, I just hope best profit per car sold will follow 8-)

Second best comfort is a bit of a surprise (better than Strolls Boyce! barely, but still), especially for that price. Looks like I made my factory too small...

in l/100km 35 is shocking. (i get that flooring it whilst playing euro truck sim with 20 ton cargo) 35l/100km=8.07mpg whereas 9.5l/100km is brilliant for what the car will be used for. 9.5l/100km=29.73 mpg

Yes I know 35l/100km is excessive, but who cares, we are talking about supercar costing $500 000 here :D

Fair enough if you can afford the car you can afford the fuel

Well, I'm pretty confident I'll at least sell all my cars, at least. My entries may not be the best in their respective categories, but they're produced in larger numbers, for the most part. Except, of course, Costco twin-pack cars like "It's a Car!" and Zap.

(Speaking of, Costco doesn't let you choose the color of those cars. They come in a generic brown wrapper... :D )

"Its a Car" comes in all colors the customer wants... as long as its green.

Re: CTC - Car Tycoon Challenge #4 - 1977 [RESULTS]

Oh darn, only a few thousand people bought my "Its a Car" thing. But as usual my serious entry does well (The Legacy 2.9l XL). Never number 1, but keeps the company in business.

Your factory usage is a bit messed up. The factory for the Legacy could only make about 1,000,000 Legacy cars, not 2,000,000.
