That is the Tucker Carioca, I remember your post about it sometime ago. Little problem there, there has never been a Lancia Milano, therefore you didn't win

There was NOT even a car called "Lancia Milano". There was an Alfa Romeo Milano, and that thing certainly is not a Milano/75.

File names usually are a lie!
