"Exception Error" on Log In

I'm now receiving this exception error when I try to log in and play...

"Exception on Automation Exit
Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

I believe I have the Supercharged version, I bought the game. My log in information looks correct. This is the first time I've gotten this error message.

I've ran the cleaner tool to no avail. The only graphical option I've changed at the log in screen is put the game in window mode instead of full screen. I check box full screen or put the options back to default and still get this error.

Like I've said, I've played this game for like a year now with very little problems - little glitches here and there, nothing the cleaner couldn't handle. First time I've seen this.

Here's what you need to do: Uninstall Automation, and after it is uninstalled, delete your Documents/Automation folder. Then download the launcher again and let it automatically update if it needs to. Then it should be all good.

This may also be due to a botched download of a patch, so to be sure download the installers manually again. Hope that indeed fixes it.

I seem to be having the same problem.

I followed all the instructions, and have now reinstalled the game from scratch for the second time.

Please help.
