How to create links in signature?

I want to link to various things in my signature. My line up, my records and all that Jazz. How does one do tha?

You already have a link in your signature, but you can also do it by using the [url]tag. But use it like [url=](URL Text, e.g My cars)[/url]

The above code will produce the following output:

It includes the link from your current sig, along with the description which follows the link.
