Game wont start

Hi there

Today i brought the full version of the game, i downloaded all the updates and patches and when i click play game the scree goes back then crashes
i shut down my computer and turned it on and tried again but still dose the same thing i tried the pay demo tab but still dose the same thing its running as amdin
my computer is a alienware mx14 so shouldn't have a problem running the game

Any ideas on whats going on ??

First things to try is disabling some of the graphics options to see if they cause trouble. You can do that in the launcher.
Next thing: please upload the log.txt and KeeEngineLog.txt from your Documents\Automation folder here.
