I think Daffy means having separate fixtures that are specifically just for center brake lights, and they would be central and act as grilles do. But I would assume that the actual 3D model of it would be made in half then mirrored, just like most other fixtures and things are modelled for the game.

This.

Fixtures that go on either side are modeled whole, ones for the centre are cut in half
