This one is pretty much a guess-the-model, because this interior style is a feature of this manufacturer. I mean look at it...

TVR was obvious. How else has a layout like that in their interiors. As for the model, it is a Cerbera.

Yeah, it is a Cerbera. Those interiors are just crazy, look at the fuel gauge and the air-vent in the steering wheel.
