Game Freeze in 1944

I was playing a game where I made an engine series then revised every year.

When I revised from 1943 to the 1944 model, then tried to go to the test screen, the game froze when I hovered over the engines stage buttons bottom right.

Just playing around I made a most basic inline 4 just to make it quick, but it was freezing on all my engines so it shouldn't matter.
Made the engine in 1940, bumped up to 1943. Engine test ok. Go to 1945, works fine, go down to 1944, works fine, 1943, works, go up to 1944, freezes.

Seems to consistently freeze on me every time I go from 1943 to 1944. Even if I test in 1940, go to 43, hover over the bottom right, go to 44, hover over bottom right freezes.

On at least my computer and laptop.

Maybe this is old news but I don't know how to search for this, tried.

Interesting! Can you upload the engine this happens for? So we can have a look if this still is a problem in our current closed-beta build.

I thought it was a bug for a certain engine but I deleted all of my engines and the problem happens consistently with a new engine on two separate computers at least. And the second computer I just made 1 engine on ever.

Try to make any basic 4 cylinder in 1943, i just picked the first options to make it quick. Test it, go back and change to 1944, try to test again. It freezes for me when i just hover over the links above the test screen link for a couple seconds.
I had the exact same thing happen with platforms.

So I made a couple 1944 engines the other day by going to 1945, then clicking down to 44 (instead of up from 43). Worked like usual, saved the engine.
Now I go to load it and it freezes upon loading it.
Attached are two samplers of 1944 engines, I use the rev number as the year designation, not sure if that has anything to do with it. I don't think so cause everything crashes in 1944 for me in this game. Again, tested on two computers consistently off the same account. My home desktop and work laptop.
