cant go on sandbox mode

Every time I try to go on sandbox mode a error pops up and the game freezes. It still works on sanario and multiplayer mode. I tried redownloading the game but it still does the same thing.

What's the error message? Also, could you attach your log files to your post (KeeEngineLog.txt, and log.txt)

Try deleting all your platforms, models and engines if you have any (Found in Documents/Automation)
