i cannot connect to the multiplayer servers

I am very displeased with this game. ive had nothing but problems since I have gotten it such as it litteraly takes 10 minutes to load the game then it lags like no other. I have a 3ghz intel cpu with a radeon 4550 hd 1 gig. skyrim runs almost flawlessly. I paid 35 bucks and I got nothing extra and the internet site says I get diesels, v16, and others yet to no avail. I am very upset with this game.

First of all, diesels and V16's haven't even been completed yet, so no one has them. You will have those as and when they are completed. I advise you do some searching on the forums before assuming these things.

As for the lag you are experiencing, turn down the graphics settings from the launcher's options menu. Also, just for the record, my laptop has a 1.5GHz processor, and a 512MB Integrated GPU, and I can run Automation on medium-high settings with no lag whatsoever.

Finally, the title of your topic states that you cannot connect to Multiplayer, but in your OP, you don't detail the problem at all. I can connect to multiplayer just fine, so I'm not sure what's going on, but people have had similar problems recently. A simple use of the search function brings up some topic about this already, so you can maybe ask them about the problem.

To fix the graphics problem, try disabling SSAO.

About the multiplayer, I have been having the same problem, but it is almost never like that. The multiplayer servers are almost always up.

the online site when u buy the game says there IS v16 and superchargers that's false advertising there. also im only havin around 100 ping and its on the lowest settings. can I just get my money back.

i can move my mouse and right click to turn the engine to view the other side and my mouse moves clear across the screen b4 anything happens. not to mention when i click something and its takes it 2-5 seconds to do anything. i click multiplayer and it pops a pop up that says cannot connect to the servers. im done with this i don't want any part of it. the game has no interesting or fun aspect to it at all. everything is preplanned. when i purchased this game i was under the impression that i could build my own engines in todays market, theres no titanium coated or fiber reinforced pistons , no nitromethane, no nitrous, theres so much wrong i just don't want the game any more.

2) It sounds like your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run the game (on-board gfx card?)
3) Reading before buying stuff helps... a lot.
4) Multiplayer servers indeed are down currently, for which we apologize, they are not supposed to be.

I did read the game info and even had the demo, I really wanted the superchargers and the ability to build a 814 cubic inch top fueler engine. I wanted a 460 in single turbo this game had it setup as a twin turbo and I could not set it as a single turbo. bi turbo or tri turbo setups would be cool ( inline turbos). but yeah ima get a refund. should be able to select intake and exhaust cam lobe sizes and duration not a slider. also should have different valve setups like titanium coated and sodium filled valves.

also I posted whats in my comp in the first two posts. the gpu is a radeon 4550 HD 1GB pci card it is HDMI into the monitor. and I like how it took your team over 2 days to figure out the servers were down.

I have overclocked my cpu to 3.3ghz and it lags the same. ive used the automation cleaner and did a defrag to no avail.

The reason why the devs are taking a little longer to reply is because most of the team are away in Lucca for the next few weeks, so only Killrob is still available to answer anyone's questions. You should really stop posting as Killrob has already answered your questions. If you still wish to discuss something, you should do it via PM to a Dev or Mod. Instead of complaining in this thread.
