Suspension tutorial

I don't understand how I can setting the suspensions of the car properly.
Any tutorial?

In the next big update, there will be presets for selecting the suspension settings, for example: Comfort, Sport, Race.

I would be happy with numbers so they could easily be replicated. You know, when you trash a platform/model to start over. ;)
