Ybarra Coach builders (new car with more HP than kilos)

Ybarra coach builders is a small boutique sports car company using FMU hardware. and the first in line was the Bagual (a way to say feral horse) which started productionin the year 1990 right when FMU was releasing their new aluminium V8s and began applying turbos to their bigger 2 liter ohc.

The cars sat on a steel frame with a polymer body making it light and rust resistant.

the motorizations are. 2.0 I4 turbo , 4.0V8, 5.0v8, 4.5V8 biturbo, the last one being the maddest of them all.

Image

Tameness: 41.3
Sportiness: 34.4
Comfort: 25.4
Prestige: 21
Safety: 15.8

(these numbers are for the basic 2 liter turbo version)

however the 5.0 v8 is faster on the top gear track than a nissan 370z gt or KTM X-bow

Re: Ybarra Coach builders

I think you could do better. I'm not gonna rate because i don't wanna be unfair, i'm just trying to give you some advice on refining the look a little bit.
You could make the vents which hold the indicators a little bit thinner so the indicators don't look lost in them. Also, i think there's too many big headlights, i would delete the most inner ones (the ones closest to the badge). You can also place a small grille on top of the badge to add some contrast.

Overall a nice concept but i think you can make it better ;)

Greets,
Tom

Right.. i wanted to go for a somewhat unconventional comicbook-like with it.

I think you should make your stats higher, 34 sportiness is the level of my 1600kg V8 touring car, the 1995 Yajiri, you should go for at least 40-50 with such a car :D

Re: Ybarra Coach builders

Introducing the YCB Chimaera. the first attempt from Ybarra at making a supercar.. you can have it in 2 trims rwd or 4wd.

Image

Image

(all chassis parts have 0 quality slider except for the tires which are +6)

and this is the engine a very special derivate of the original typhoon casted in silicon-rich aluminium and boosted by 2 identical ball bearing turbos. (on a personal note: it was tough to make power out of this long stroke engine, I stil have to learn to fiddle with turbos. I cannot wait for the arrival of superchargers)

Image

the Rear drive version does thet airfiel time in 82.01 seconds and thet All wheel drive does it in 79.38

Numbers for the RWD version

Ta: 46.4
Sp: 50.2
Co: 33.0
Pr: 66.5
Sa: 46.8

Numbers for the AWD version

Ta: 55.2
Sp: 56.0
Co: 33.3
Pr: 68.9
Sa: 48.3
