Would it be possible to have a section were you could have your custom tunes for purchase?

I believe what he means is for the tycoon part of the game: will he be able to setup something akin to Mugen, STi, AMG, and the likes for his company?

If it is what he means then at their basic levels they are sub brands, which have been said to be part of the final game, build the same platforms but with the best engines.
