finally i could buy supercharged edition. game or software its well. but i have just turbos there is no supercharger and others. i tought the supercharged version includes everything. but now i ve just learned it to buy. what kinds of versions the game has. and how much money i must send for each pockets

Well, congratulations on buying the game. You did indeed buy the "best" version of the game. At the moment, superchargers are not in the game, but will certainly be added in the future. See this link for upcoming features.

everything is great. will I have to pay much money for upcoming features, I to have. or everything is enough about me ? and i wanna tell this games calculations are very realistic, i copy some real engines that i know good. and results are 1/1 same, very very succesfuly

No, you will get all of that without paying another cent. Except for diesels and other non-petrol engines, it is all included in what you paid for. Diesels will (hopefully) be a DLC.

omg I ve just waiting for diesels. because in Turkey petrol costs are most expensive in the world. and diesel is cheaper than gasoline such as in other countries. my last 3 cars were with diesel eng. and im interested in diesels how much will it costs . and when it will be available.

No idea to be honest, that's something we'll start thinking about after we've finished the full game
