Add option for converting torque!

Suggestion: Add the option to convert newton meter in kilogram-force meter.

PS: Leveraging the topic, someday we may drive the vehicle in the best style of Street Legal Racing Redline?
PS2: Congratulations to the developers the game is excellent, at least in the demo version.
Anxiously awaiting the arrival of the game on steam, because using paypal in Brazil is complicated with the currency conversion.

Re: Add option for converting torque!

It's not necessary, look this:
1 Nm = 0.101972 kgfm
1 kgfm = 9.80665 Nm

Just rounding a bit: Torque in Kgfm = Torque in Nm * 0.1 ;)

To add to what Reaper says: also it would mean you cannot show it on the same scale.
So no, won't happen.

Re: Add option for converting torque!

Understood. And you know some information about when the game will be released via steam? I'm anxious to play in campaign mode, especially with v6 engines, l3, turbos, etc..

Leveraging the topic: Can I create a showroom of my vehicles even using the demo version of the game?

Thanks a Lot.

Re: Add option for converting torque!

We're aiming for Early Access around May this year, which would include the engine and car designer in a rather feature complete state, but not any tycoon part or different engine types yet. We'll get to making the tycoon part right after we're done with the car designer.

So in short: No campaign is available yet, nor are v6's and I3's, but turbo's are!

Re: Add option for converting torque!

I found the topic "Game at Launch, What is in What is Out -? Updated 4/11/2013" that answered most of my questions about the status and progress of the game. My last question: Can I create my automotive company even using the DEMO version?

Annex: http://brenofelipet.wix.com/workinprogress - My car created in the demo version of Automation, display system using a 360 º interaction. System that will likely be used in my company website.

Re: Add option for converting torque!

You CAN NOT create your company ingame yet. You can make a fictional one though, in the Car Design topic and make some sort of Forum Company. Make sure to register your company name and ID to the topic Car Directory.

Re: Add option for converting torque!

Yes, I know that the company is fictitious and only forum. Problems are the google translator because I still have some problems with English.

What I meant was: I, without even having bought the game, can participate in the activities of the forum with the DEMO version?

Re: Add option for converting torque!

Yeah, of course! Why wouldn't you :D As far as I know, everyone is free and welcome to do here whatever they like, as long as its on-topic or regarding to the game, unless you are in an Off Topic forum :D
