Lost all my engines and cars with the update

as the title says, i lost all my engines and cars with the update. I had like 20 cars and 30 engines

Yes, old engines and cars are not compatible (and it will happen several times in the future)

Like Kubboz said... Not Compatible. I also lost everything. Would be nice if there is an little Patcher which patches these old files.
So that the Game does not Crash. But the Files(Engines and so on) must still be revised to correctly work with the new version.

We know it would be nice and all, but it is just not feasible for us to invest time into dead horsepowers. If you guys really want it, you can create the tools yourselves; the save formats are completely open and editable after all. There are plenty of things to work on which have higher priority than backwards compatibility. The time that will change is upon launch of the full game, first then is it reasonable to expect full compatibility.
