freezes on loading screen HELP !!

just recently downloaded the game yesterday (14th jan) after downloading the latest update(took a few hours) I finally tried to fire up the game.... it comes up with the loading screen. it runs until the pistons appear then nothing else seems to happen (music carry's on playing) I have tried loading and different graphics settings but no luck. I have NO idea what to do now so PLEASE somebody HELP ME!

Have you tried installing the open beta version yet? viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3434
Is that the one you are talking about or are you running on B1198?
If running B1317 doesn't help or you already are running it, please attach the log.txt and KeeEngineLog.txt you find in the My Documents Automation folder.
