Attempted to read or write protected memory

Hello,
I had gotten the demo for this, because it looks pretty cool. So, I installed everything, made sure it all worked. I press 'Play Demo', and after a moment, the error of 'Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt' appeared. I click continue, but then a .NET error of 'Object reference is not set to an object.' So, I tried multiple things, like installing latest framework and other things, but nothing. Could I get help with this? I'm running Windows XP SP3, no VirtualBox like the other person who experienced the first error.

Re: Attempted to read or write protected memory

I'm experiencing the exact same after installing the Beta, and running on Vista. I have been trying everything I can think like maxing out permissions, running as admin, re-installing .NET of but no luck :/

I am assuming you don't get the warning that your computer does not support Pixel Shader 3.0?

Can I get a dxdiag from you both, instructions for this can be found here: http://wiki.automationgame.com/index.ph ... ation_File

Re: Attempted to read or write protected memory

Here it is, and I did try experimenting with allocated RAM to see if it did anything (3gb). I possibly need more ram, and a graphics card, but I did get the game to run once. It stopped working after that first time. I also use an external 23-inch Samsung HDMI monitor, but it currently isn't plugged in. Also, my graphics card, it does support sm3, but it may just be too old.

If you havn't already, try going to the intel auto detect driver website and make sure your graphics drivers are all upto date ( http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect )
