it would me nice so see the temperatures of the mufflers and exhaust manifolds and for there to be exhaust smoke.

I can't think of any reason you'd actually want to know the temperature of any of the exhaust as it's not really relevant to any design parameters. Smoke might be nice to show you're running too rich though, maybe eventually.
