Larger Engine bays?

Hi!
Today i tried to fit my 2200 hp engine in my car but was disappointed. It would simply not fit!
So I am thinking: "Why not have customizable engine bays?
I.e:
* You could add modules to your car to make the engine bay larger
* The limits of car deformation could be expanded
* You could add cars with larger engine bays like a van or something

Re: Larger Engine bays?

1) Name a single production car that has a 2200hp engine in it.
2) Yes there will be cars with larger engine bays, the ones we have in now are more on the small to medium side of things.

Re: Larger Engine bays?

Take two Bugatti Veyrons and melt them into a large metal blob? But on the more serious side of things: I can`t name any! That is why I want to make one!

Re: Larger Engine bays?

Even with the cars we have now I can fit very nearly the biggest engine possible when it is rear wheel drive, I think it was a 9.5L twin turbo V8. If you try downsizing the bore you will probably get the engine to fit with a surprisingly small loss of power and size
