FXAA Hasn't Fixed The Pixely Screen

Giving the option to turn FXAA on or off has made no difference to my laptop the performance is still slow and the car designer is still pixelated

any thoughts???

What graphics card do you have, and what slider setting is the graphics quality set to? If it's set all the way to low quality it's still going to look pretty bad, and if it's a low end graphics card it's still going to be slow.
