Chrome Grilles Mod

Automation is deficient of chrome fixtures. I decided to fix it. It's not a hard mod - It can be done in notepad, but I decided to upload it anyways to keep things unified and make it possible to share the cars using modded grilles.

Still need to make vents, lips, scoops, cutouts , one pair of handles, some headlights and taillighs. Chrome ftw!

Known issues:
They lack thumbnails.

Installation instructions
1.Go to <instalation directory>\assets\meshes\carparts
2.Backup the grilles directory
3.Place the modded grilles directory in \assets\meshes\carparts.

Some more CHROME

All Vents and some taillights in CHROME

Same procedere as above, just with Taillights and Vents. (Grilles are also in this package)

Problem with that is, when I've tried to change a part to carbon-fibre that isn't originally it turns white instead of carbon black.

Re: Chrome Grilles Mod

oh right thanks Eric :)

I cant find a way of installing this mod...I wish it was as easy as Automation having a Mods folder...it would make the whole installing a mod so much easier...

Re: Chrome Grilles Mod

You just have to know where you have Automation installed. If you don't know that, check the Automation icon on your Desktop.

Re: Chrome Grilles Mod

-Facepalm- thanks :D it was that easy...and it was staring at me in the face all along!! "C:\ProgramData\Automation" thats the location of it :)

Just so the Admins know I made a bit of a blunder trying to find out where to put the mod!!
