When you say superchargers do you guys mean only the roots type, or will you also be able to use centrifugal superchargers as well?

Roots, Twin Screw and Centrifugal, all the common ones.

Re: Superchargers

As for Roots chargers, will there be both the old, nearly straight, twin lobe blower and the newer 3 or 4 lobe hi-helix (160deg) style?

The ones you normally see on muscle cars and such, (6-71,8-71,etc) are the old type.

The charger on the ZR-1 Corvette is of the newer style. (Eaton hgv 2300)
Cadillac uses the Eaton hgv 1900 for the CTS 6.2.
Audi uses the Eaton hgv 1350 for the S4 3.0 TFSI.
