Restrictions:
Displacement = 2000cc or less
Year = 2013
Fuel Economy = 25% or higher
Man Hours = 50 or less


Everything else is up to you!

Nope 418hp is 309kw.

So 332.9kw is 446.4hp.

hp is not kw and vice versa

1hp = 0.745699872kw
