Unable to login

I preordered today and have been trying to login to the launcher. However, whenever I do, I am told that my username is not found.

@Sparklight: One slightly confusing thing is that the login is case sensitive for the game so "sparklight" wouldn't work, but "Sparklight" will. That's the most common reason people can't login, so maybe check you're doing that right first?
