Has the car creator not been released to the public? I pre-ordered the game and i can't go into it.

Same thing happened to me but then I found out it wasn't a problem its not released to the public yet. I hope I helped you

We aim to release a first car designer demo later this year, while the full game is scheduled for some time next year. It's difficult to gauge how long it will take. Preferably we'll have a tycoon part demo out early '14 and release the content complete game a bit later.
