Torque Wall?

Is anyone else able to get past 2,203 ft-lb's? I'm trying to build a max power engine but even with the year set to 2020 and the quality set to 15 I hit a wall at 2,203.

bummer, I thought the engine I had built would top 3k ft-lbs. Oh well
