Muffler bypass valve adjust

Can we have the muffler bypass valve opening rpm selector?
Because we may have a car with a very high limiter (v8 9500 rpm) and maybe it would be useful to have it open only over 7k or over 80% of throttle.
The idea behind this is that i want to make a premium luxury car company but with racing capabilities (eg. Bentley), and in these cases a car that is very baffled until high rpms would be nice since loudness and more exhaust flow is only needed at high speed.

In my opinion the actual muffler bypass valve is too limited to sport cars (like Ferrari 458) rather than sporty luxury cars (like the bentley continental and the Rolls Royce Ghost)

I hope that you can understand what i've writed and sorry for the noob suggest

I've seen a small benefit with certain exhaust sizing. For example, you can use a slightly smaller exhaust than you'd normally use in order to pick up a tiny bump in midrange torque, then use the valve to keep the top end power of the larger exhaust. It's usually not worth the added cost and weight, however. I'd personally like to see a bigger effect.

so it gives a tiny absolutely minute adjust in Torque....I thought they were suppose to give a bigger impact...than that..

Re: Muffler bypass valve adjust

The main point of it is that you can run a huge diameter exhaust with maybe only one muffler, yet make it not crazy loud stats wise (as the loudness stat takes the "valve closed" loudness)

I know Lamborghini has that system where it opens the exhausts at like 4000rpm or something and it lets you hear the engine roar
