Automation Power Challenge overhaul and upgrade

WHEN WE HIT 20 VOTES YES, I WILL POST THE FIRST NEW CHALLENGES

ok so, i have no idea where Kubboz has gone, so im taking the opportunity here to make it a little bit better

1st thing that is going to change - 3 difficulty levels on each posted challenge

Beginner - will be restricted to DEMO only and with some luck you could even get a free preorder version if you dominate the competition with superior engine design

Amateur and Pro - one more challenging then the last one, restricted to users that have PREORDER version of the game and speaking of prizes, will begin with something ridiculous and pretty much useless, like a badge or a forum status

2nd a new engine upload system, no more public hosting - suggested by Oldgreg

if you have something to add, please do so here

Re: Automation Power Challenge overhaul and upgrade

I think one of the big issues is the screwed up PM system.

Since any engine I upload has to be publicly shared before the deadline, there's just too much potential for cheating. I'd like the rules to allow me to upload a password protected .RAR file containing my engine before the deadline, then post the password after the deadline has passed and all the publically shared engines have been downloaded by the judge(s).
